Barney you're comparing again, he's a professional .. i think you're perfect as you are but if you really want to be the best version of you or just make a start, you need to work with what your parents gave you, follow your own training that you enjoy, makes you happy and is sustainable, so stay off of #dogsofinstagram it makes you feel bad, put the kettle bell away and grab your lead because that's what you enjoy and I have a pod cast to listen to x x
